weNXT Atlanta

The First Annual weNXT camp kicked off in Atlanta packed with talent and energy! The camp powered by Overtime highlights players from middle school grades 6th-8th. The camps focus is on development and catching an early look at future top players in the state, region and country. As a bonus, the one day introductory camp was offered as a free camp for the 80 registrants which included full uniforms during the camp for participants and free t-shirts given to each camper at the end and a committed staff from Bo Bell Academy. We are excited for the future of camp and the players we will assist along the way. Here are a few of the top players from Saturday.

Cannon Washington 2030 6’8″ F – Was the best overall prospect at the camp, he stands out with his physical presence. Uses his frame to dominate the glass and make an impact as a rebounder. Showed the ability to snatch the rebound and trigger the break.

Michael Link 2030 6’4″ W – A long, skilled wing with smooth shooting mechanics. The confident outside shot makes him a reliable floor-spacer.

Kshaun Dailey Jr. 2030 6’4″ W – Another high potential player with length, improving ball skills and best defender at the camp. Can guard multiple positions utilizing his length and footwork.

Michael Collins 5’7″ 2030 PG – Midrange specialist who reads the game well. Makes sharp passes and plays under control. High potential.

Trenton Merideth II 2030 5’8″ CG – Smart, heady guard with strong passing instincts. Plays downhill attacking the rim, rebounds well for his position, and makes the right reads.

Jax Teal 5’9″ 2030 SG – Embraces the shooting guard tag. He has deep range for a young guard and is super confident in letting it ride.

Daemon Holmes 5’7″ 2030 PG – Shifty ball handler with excellent creativity. Changes pace well, uses his floater effectively, and consistently breaks defenders down.

Matthew Mcdowell 2030 6’0″ WF – Strong perimeter forward who embraces physical play. Handles contact inside and scores efficiently around the basket.

Tristan Geiger 5’6″ 2030 PG – Tough guard who thrives in contact situations. Finishes through traffic, see’s the floor well, and has a crafty, shifty game.

Titus Sharpe 5’1″ 2031 PG – A heady point guard with great feel. Distributes effectively, defends with purpose, and made teammates better.

Joshua McClure 6’0″ 2030 WG – Active rebounder who plays with high energy. Immediately looks up the floor to push the break after securing boards.

Isaiah Griffith 5’11” 2030 G – Guard with versatile ball skills. Can handle, create, and use his size as a mismatch advantage. He was very effective in transition as a passer and finisher.

Brysen Evans 5’6″ 2031 PG – Confident guard who handles the ball well. Plays with poise and doesn’t shy away from making plays.

King Grant 5’0″ 2030 PG – Possesses tight handles, keeping the ball on a string. Can break defenders down consistently to find teammates or get to middie.

Keion Ward 6’1″ 2030 F – A crafty lefty with good length. Finishes well, passes at a high level, and uses his off-hand effectively.

Makhi Nsuk 6’2″ 2030 WF – Relentless downhill attacker. A tough finisher who gets to the rim with force and consistency.

Antwain Johnson 6’1″ 2030 WG – A polished finisher who uses both hands well. Moves smartly without the ball and finds scoring opportunities.

Elijah Ross 5’9″ 2030 PG – Gets to the paint consistently and finishes. Keeps his head up to find teammates and creates easy opportunities. One of the top point guards in the state.

Atlas Walker-Bunda 5’11” 2030 SG – A gritty lefty guard who embraces defense. Knocks down shots and competes on both ends.

Carter Pulley 6’2″ 2030 SG – A big wing with reliable handles and a natural feel for the game. Uses size and skill to be effective in multiple spots.

Shane Gordon Jr. 5’2″ 2031 SG – Perhaps the best shooter in the 2031 group. Has strong ball skills, handles pressure, and converts even through contact.

Elijah White 5’4″ 2031 PG – Speedy guard with quick handles. Puts constant pressure on defenses in transition and half-court.

Roman Sloan 6’5″ 2030 PF – High upside forward with big body and rebounding mentality.

Devonta Marsh 6’0″ 2030 SG – Slashing guard who excels getting downhill. Finishes strongly with his left hand and also displays vision as a passer.

Jasiah Ford 5’4″ 2030 SG – Confident shooter with a smooth stroke. Pushes the ball ahead in transition and spreads the floor.

Canaan Wright 6’0″ 2030 WG – High-energy big wing who competes on every possession. Brings effort and activity to both ends.

KeAndra Jelks 6’4″ 2030 F – Hard-working forward who battles on the glass. Brings toughness and effort to interior play.

Devontae Hill 5’9″ 2030 PG – Crafty ball handler who stays composed under pressure. Finishes well at the rim and controls pace.
